A lot of our flowers have blossomed over the past week.

Trees, "heeling in"?

The new trees soaked for 3 hours, so I moved the outside and planted them at an angle per the instructions. The ground was a lot harder today than when we planted pumpkins. Lots more roots than before. Also, I gave the trees plenty of water.

We ordered ten, but I think I counted 11.

New Trees

Our 10 new trees came from the Arbor Day foundation today. They are soaking in a bucket for 3-6 hours. We will probably plant them in a temporary spot for a couple weeks.

It worked!

It looks like it worked. The only trick is it seems like you have to create the entry first and you can't use a picture that you took beforehand. Seems like I might be missing something. Surely there's a way to use a picture that you've already taken.

One more test for doing pictures

I'm going to try one more thong to see if i can het pictures to upload straight from the Blogger app.

Pictures on my blog

So I figured out a way to post pictures on my blog. It doesn't work to post the directly from my phone, but I can use my phone to send them in an email to my blog. Not the easiest thing to do, but still really nice. Especially considering that it simply wasn't an option at all before I got my new phone.

I'm not sure if my last post worked or not, so I'm going to try again to see if I can get this to work on my phone.

We're on vacation this week and having really great time. In the last entry that I tried to post, we were at the airport an I mentioned that it was funny that things have been so busy that my first chance to write on my blog in a long time was the first day of our vacation. Hopefully we don't have to go on vacation every time I want to update my blog.

So, today is day 2 of our vacation in California, and it's been really great. The weather is wonderful. Our new nephew is adorable, and we've had plenty of time to relax. I also had time to exercise this morning. Having time to exercise is one of my favorite parts of going on vacation.

New phone

So, I got a new Droid Incredible and its pretty awesome. It makes it a lot easier to post on my blog, so I'm pretty excited about that. I'll have to start thinking of interesting things to post.
